Some of the world's greatest minds were notorious night owls during their prime. Many people who worked for Bill Gates during the early days of Microsoft observed that Bill would work for long stretches of time and even deprive himself of sleep. He famously stated that he never took a day off during his 20s. The persistence to achieve great results from overwork seem to be common among night owls.

Numerous scientific studies proved that there is something special about night owls.
