In Texas, there is a bill moving closer to become a law that prohibits men's masturbation, and if caught there will be a fine of up to $100 penalty and years of conviction.

Implementation of the bill covers occasional ejaculation outside of a woman’s vagina or done outside of a health or medical facility, will be charged and subjected to court.

It also proposed establishing approved healthcare facilities, where men are allowed for masturbatory emission.

The bill already passed the 1st reading in the House of Representatives and soon will be proceeded to the next reading.

However, the Democrat knows that it is impossible for the bill to become a law.

Despite that fact, the bill only wants to preserve the sacredness and sanctity of life.
